CSRD Kickstart consists of two steps: the Initiation of the CSRD project and the Double Materiality Assessment workshop. Read on for more information about our approach, the deliverables and support we provide you with CSRD Kickstart.
Step 1: Initiation & Start of the project
The first step towards successful CSRD compliance is to get the basics right. To prepare and support your company for the start of your double materiality assessment and broader CSRD journey we provide, among other things, a kick-off session and helping you understand the ESRS requirements with CSRD Academy e-learning.
After completing step one, the initiation and start of your CSRD project, you have completed the following two deliverables: a CSRD project plan and concise documentation of process, choices and assumptions.
Step 2: Double Materiality Assessment Kick-off Workshop
The second step towards successful CSRD compliance is to identify material sustainability issues, inside-out and outside-in. Your Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) is the most crucial phase of your CSRD journey; you need to understand what is truly important (material) for your company and what are the topics you need to report on for CSRD compliance.
CSRD Kickstart provides a unique materiality assessment workshop in which we prepare participants to formulate (IRO) and determine follow-up steps.
